Color coated steel plate: refers to color coated steel plate, which is a steel plate with an organic coating. Color steel plates are divided into single plates, color steel composite plates, floor decking plates, etc. It is widely used in the walls and roofs of large public buildings, public factories, mobile houses, and integrated houses.

Corrugated sheet, also known as profiled sheet, is made of color-coated steel sheet, galvanized sheet and other metal sheets that are cold-bent into various corrugated sheet shapes through roller pressing. It is suitable for industrial and civil buildings, warehouses, special buildings, roofs, walls, and interior and exterior wall decoration of large-span steel structure houses. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, rich color, convenient and quick construction, earthquake resistance, fire resistance, rain resistance, long life and maintenance-free, and has been widely promoted and applied.

1. The two coatings are different. Color-coated steel plates are organic coatings, while corrugated plates are galvanized coatings.

2. The lifespan of the two types is different. Color-coated steel plates are prone to rust. To maintain their beauty, they must be maintained every two years. Corrugated board is maintenance-free and has a long lifespan.

There are many ways to pack steel for export, the most common of which is container packaging. There are two common sizes of containers: 20 feet and 40 feet. Their lengths are 6.058 meters and 12.192 meters, respectively.

In addition to containers, another way of transporting is by bulk carriers. This method basically has to meet two conditions: first, the packaging must be tight and firm, and will not fall apart after repeated loading and unloading, and it can also be stacked. Secondly, the outer diameter of the package should be controlled within 1.2 meters to facilitate the loading and unloading of trucks.

According to the different requirements of the project, it can also be divided into simple packaging, new luxury packaging and luxury packaging, etc. Of course, the corresponding packaging costs are also different.

In addition to the above two methods, there are some other packaging methods, such as wooden box packaging, carton packaging, plastic packaging and so on.

Hot-rolled steel sheet piles are formed by rolling at high temperatures (above approximately 1000°C). They feature a dense structure, high strength, and excellent durability, making them suitable for large-scale projects demanding high load-bearing capacity and extended service life.
Cold-formed steel sheet piles are shaped through cold processing at ambient temperatures. They offer advantages such as lightweight construction, lower cost, and ease of transportation and installation. These characteristics make them commonly used in small-to-medium-sized or temporary projects.
